Expertise Events has announced a new initiative called Jewellers Den, which aims to support young Australian designers to launch their careers as jewellery suppliers. The initiative will be launched at the International Jewellery Fair (IJF) in Sydney on 19-21 August. Jewellers Den will offer a pavilion-type area free of charge to 20 participating Australian designers to connect with industry professionals, showcase their work, and pitch their brand and business to a panel of experts. The winner will receive a prize package, including $5,000 worth of manufacturing materials and services, six months of support from Nationwide Jewellers, and commercial advice, training, and mentoring from the Deb Templar Group. Befindan Media will provide a 12-month advertising and marketing package to the value of $10,000. Applicants must complete an application form to be considered as one of the 20 exhibitors.
